Water Fuel LLC Status (May 2007)

Water Fuel LLC was created by Noah Seidman over two [2] years ago. It was primarily a website presence, providing information, and limited access to electrolysis technologies. It has evolved into a provider of Consulting Services, and has recently released a Pilot Program specifically targeting Coal-Fired Power Plants in May 2007.

EPA (Environmental Defense) vs. Duke Energy

In a supreme court ruling on Apirl 2nd 2007, between the EPA (Environmental Defense) vs. Duke Energy Coal-Fired-Power Plants are being increasingly pressured to comply with EPA emissions standards. EPA vs. Duke Energy. If the status quo of energy companies are just now being pressured to comply with regulations, it is a sign that we are barely at the beginning. The energy companies are truly not even close to being “green” and are by far predominantly focused on profitability, and logistics; essentially their bottom line. There is no straight forward statement that can explain the lack of progress. Specifically with regard to the concept of “fuel enhancement” is is in the best interest of the Energy Companies to utilize the technology. It essentially increases their bottom line, while easing compliance with EPA regulations. It literally kills two birds with one stone. Since the concept of “fuel enhancement” clearly only has positive implications, it is inevitable that Energy Institutions will recognize the viability of “fuel enhancement”.

Time will tell all. Time, time, time…..
