What is Brown's Gas?

Brown's Gas is common ducted Oxy-Hydrogen produced according to the the 1'st and 2'nd laws of electrolysis. Brown's Gas has some some general need to know information comparable to that of pure hydrogen. See below for average electrolysis energy requirements, and here for average efficiencies.

BGTorch is my blog where I discuss the viability, efficiency, and application of Brown's Gas.

Other Names of Brown's Gas

Brown's Gas is also known as HHO, Rhodes Gas, Greengas, and Hydroxy.

Electrical Requirements of Brown's Gas Production

Electrical requirements are completely dependent on the design of the electrolyzer. Electrolyzers that utilize series cell parallel plate, with amperage limiting technology, typically produce Brown's Gas at a cost of 3 watt-hours / per liter. Other more traditional electrolyzer designs can produce gas at a cost up to 4.5 watt-hours / liter.
