Possible Synergistic Effect of Brown's Gas

There is a net chemical energy contained within a particular quantity of fuel. The question that research can answer, is if the combination of a quantity of carbon fuel, and hydrogen based fuel, will help release more energy than is typically released from the combustion of each fuel individually. This would highlight that a synergistic effect is occurring. Independent of a synergistic effect, the addition of a hydrogen and oxygen mixture to a quantity of carbon fuel, will indeed increase the combustion efficiency.
